Finbarr joined IBC in July 2015 as Managing Director after 7 years as Commercial Director for Alsford Timber. He brings with him a wealth of experience in the construction industry as well as the understanding and skill set to take IBC to the next level. Finbarr has hit the ground running introducing a number to changes to help improve the value of the membership. He has introduced new members to the team with the right skills and knowledge to make sure that the right decisions are made with the members needs at the forefront of everything we do.. Finbarr is working hard with all departments to deliver a successful business strategy that see’s not only IBC, but our members and suppliers grow their business in a way not seen before within the group. In his spare time, Finbarr enjoys spending time with his wife, children and friends as well a relaxing walk with his dog.

James has been with IBC since March 2016. James current role with IBC is to make sure all communications with our members and suppliers deliver exactly what they need to keep the business running smoothly. Dedicated and commited, James is passionate about his career and determined to play his part in the future success of our members, suppliers and IBC as a whole. He jokingly refers to his stamp collection as being his main passion at home but we know he loves his football, is a dedicated family man and likes to enjoy himself when time allows.
Seval ErogluBusiness Administrator
Seval joined IBC in July 2016. She is responsible for administrating the daily requirements of the membership team and supporting the smooth running of the national membership. Seval graduated from the University of East London and studied Advertising and Marketing, her experience lies within administration and sales. She comes from a legal background and is a really competitive member of the team, especially when it comes to sports and games! Seval enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling and exploring new places. In her spare time she enjoys watching movies, listening to music and cooking.
Jamie WyattCommercial Director
Jamie has been with us since February 2016 and looks after heavyside and timber. Jamie’s role is to identify the best supply chain for our membership from selecting the best suppliers to identifying the most economic method of getting products to our members branches including lead time, load building and distribution method. Jamie enjoys the frank and open discussions on how we can work to grow mutual business by focusing on what matters to our members and suppliers. Away from that, he enjoys fishing (sea and fly) and any given opportunity to travel.
Samantha NormanCommercial Manager
Sam has a wide range of experience gained in working for FTSE 100 companies. She spent 14 years working for Home Retail Group in a variety of positions including Category Buyer and Business Project Manager and joins us from Travis Perkins where she was the Commercial Project Manager for the Merchant Division Sam has several motto’s (depending on her mood!) including ‘there is always a better way’ and ‘work hard, play harder’. From a business point of view she has a keen eye for detail and is fantastic at building strong collaborative partnerships which deliver not only benefit for the group but also for the supplier. On a personal level she has become a bit of an adrenalin junkie as she has got older and can generally be found at the weekends either mountain biking, snow boarding or competing on her horse BlackJack – a case of older but not necessarily wiser as her frequent cuts & bruises will prove! She is also a keen supporter and season ticket holder at Northampton Saints Rugby Team – a proper sport, football is for wimps

Nick has been with us since 2013 and currently heads the marketing charge for IBC. His main task is to understand our customers and work with our team and suppliers to promote the products and services that are available as part of their membership. Nick cites the successes of our members as his stand out moments. Away from the marketing hot desk, Nick is a proud father and married man, passionate about motor sport and football (Spurs fan!). He also enjoys the odd round of golf whenever time allows
Peter J. ColemanGraphic Designer
Since joining the team in 2011, Peter has successfully used his extensive experience to play a key role in the growth of IBC. His work brings him in contact with our supply partner and members and his ability to produce eye catching marketing collateral to promote IBC and our suppliers has shown that the need for bespoke branding is as essential now as it ever has been. His understanding of web design, illustration, social media and more have been an asset to our business. Outside of IBC Peter has worked on a number of big projects including the movie and sports industry leading to multiple awards. He is a happily married man with a wife and daughter to keep him on his toes along with regular stints in the gym, mud running and the odd blast at MMA.
Trevor AllumFinancial Controller
Trevor has worked for numerous businesses, ranging from small family owned businesses, to FTSE-250 listed companies, in a variety of roles, including contract roles. This includes working for business supplying the merchant sector. Trevor has always been keen on getting behind the business and getting to understand the Operational side alongside the ‘Financials’. He also bring with him extensive IT and systems knowledge, including Sage and SAP, and is looking forward to making a significant contribution to the future success at IBC and Capital Drywall.On a personal note, Trevor is a family man married with 2 children (both girls), aged 14 and 10 and has I have a Jack Russell, Tilly. Outside of work, Trevor is a sports fan, particularly football and cricket; He still plays cricket for a local club but whilst he would like to continue playing football, “My body is unwilling to partake”, he says! He also confesses to being a West Ham fan and so will have been through just about every emotion known to man. Trevor hopes that both West Ham’s and IBC’s success over the next few years mirror each other (in a good way!).
Sailesh BikaFinancial Analyst
Sailesh started with us in March 2015 and his main task here is analysing turnover and invoicing suppliers to make sure everything is kept up to speed from a financial perspective. When he’s not making sure we all get paid, Sailesh is a self confessed DIY enthusiast and who loves to spend his down time watching movies and sport. He also loves to play bit of sport too to keep his mind sharp, ready for those numbers!
Emma is the Business Systems Manager for IBC and has been with the company since 2012. She manages IBC’s CRM software and other system administration, and holds a Salesforce 201 certification. Outside the office, she is a trained opera singer and video game enthusiast.
Nishma PatelRebates Administrator
Nishma started out on data entry, inputting the all important turnover figures for members before moving on to members spend, rebates, turnovers and overall activity patterns, playing a vital role in helping us get to where we are today. Nishma keeps her energy levels high through regularly playing sport; football and cricket being her goto activities. She also loves exploring different parts of the world and learning about other cultures.
